to a Selfless Hero's Journey!

Every story shares a similar pattern of events, known as a stage, that compose the Hero's, or protagonist's, Journey. Every text has a journey, whether it be very traditional in its format, encountering each stage in order, or deviate from the norm, repeating, missing, or shifting any of the stages. Without a journey for the Hero to travel, a text has little to no meaning and thus becomes trivial. A journey is essential in any story-telling medium.

Just like in any other story-telling medium, the novel Siddhartha by Herman Hesse features a journey. In the Heroic Journey tab this journey is delved into, and explained alongside Siddhartha's progress in achiveing enlightenment and Nirvana, while the Archetypes tab leads to a directory of the archetypes of the characters within this journey possess.
